Products and pricing

We do our best to display our products, colours, and dimensions accurately, but screens vary and slight differences can occur. Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including cancelling and refunding orders placed at an incorrect price.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where fraud is suspected or an item is unavailable. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

Returns and refunds

Product use and safety

Our products must be used according to the instructions provided. Match the brush head to the surface you are cleaning and test an inconspicuous area first on any delicate or coated finish. Keep water away from the charging port and do not submerge the unit. Tidvera is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, or by using an unsuitable brush head on a surface.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Tidvera or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidvera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered.
