Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Every Tidvera order is processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once it ships you will get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 days of being placed. The product page shows an estimated delivery window, and the same estimate appears at checkout.

Order changes

Need to change an address or cancel? Email support@tidvera.com as soon as you can. We can usually make changes before the order ships, but once it is moving we cannot redirect it.

Delays

Carriers occasionally run behind, especially around holidays. If your tracking has not moved for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will chase it.

Lost or missing orders

If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, check with neighbours and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
